NEW STATE FUNDED ARKANSAS BETTER CHANCE PRE-K PROGRAM
Children enrolled in the new Shining Star Academy ABC Program will
benefit from Licensed Certified Lead Teachers and CDA Credentialed
Assistant Teachers. The program provides a project-based curriculum
with an emphasis on discovery learning derived from the standards of the
Arkansas Early Childhood Education Frameworks.
